Solar Park Development
Every Project starts with a Land Lease. We then add Planning Permission and Grid Access. These three 'legs of the stool' combine to make a viable proposition for a 'Ready to Build' solar farm. You may have a site which you want to evaluate as to its suitability for a solar project, we will do that for you - we will look at such things as Yield, Proximity to the Grid and local Power considerations.
Solar Project Acquisition
We are also interested in acquiring projects that are either partially developed or are at any stage on the road to 'Ready to Build' status. These projects might already have achieved Planning or Grid permits and the Developer may be seeking an exit or a funding partner.
